The Finance and Administration Department is responsible for financial management in the organization: including the following;

  • Collection of license fees
  • Management of cashflow
  • Management Accounts

The department is also responsible for human resources including;

  • Administrative issues of staffing
  • Administrative issues of staffing
  • Recruitment and retention of staff
  • Skills sourcing
  • Staff policy custodian

Furthermore, this department is responsible for the administrative coordination of the Authority which includes the following activities;

  • Assets management
  • Fleet coordination and management
  • Business operations process flow
