Inspection
The Authority conducts regular facility inspections of all petroleum facilities in Eswatini. The inspections are an organized examinations or formal evaluation exercise conducted to ensure that a licensee complies with the Petroleum Act of 2020, Regulations, License conditions and given standards.
Whilst the license conditions may differ per licensee according to their particular business setting, the Petroleum Act,2020, Petroleum regulations, and sector standards remain the same for all industry players to comply to. Below is a table of the current petroleum standards in Eswatini;
