Program Delivery Framework

The Regional Project complements and augments country-level activities and its goals are defined in relation to: the national projects, and to the minigrids ecosystem.

With respect to the national projects, this platform will be instrumental to:

  •  Make knowledge tools and best practices available to national projects
  • Provide them with technical and operational support to troubleshoot and facilitate implementation helping with bottlenecks or issues requiring specialized expertise or support
  • Facilitate technical discussions and south-south cooperation via Communities of Practice
  • Build knowledge and capacity to use data and digital tools
  • Collect and aggregate data to generate insights and learning

With respect to the minigrids ecosystem, this platform will:

  • Provide a ‘dissemination’ channel opportunity for knowledge tools developed by partners
  • Share insights and learning from program implementation.
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders to maximize impact and avoid duplication.
